Called on Tuesday for bees in the basement of my rental. Scheduled me for Wednesday between 2:30-4:30. Arrived at 3:25. Decided to have my house and the rental sprayed because I had trouble last year but not this year yet. Took about 20 minutes for the outside of both and then went in to spray the basement. My sister had used them and was very pleased with their work and gave me their name. Shane was very polite and professional. Would use them again.

It was quick and a lot less expensive to kill the hornets than I thought. He made sure to get the nest and a corner they were hanging out at. I also saw him get the sophet just in case. Our technician was Shane Walsh.
