We've used Biff's a couple times now. Each time we had Mark. He is prompt and courteous. We had someone else come out and tell us we needed a new furnace. Mark diagnosed it and told us we did not need a replacement. He repaired it and we haven't had an issue since.We had him come out this time for our a/c. We thought after 14 yrs, we would need a replacement. Once again, Mark to the rescue.We could not recommend them more.

Highly recommend over many local competitors. I had an issue I was 90% sure what the cause of my AC unit not kicking on (capacitor), called a larger competitor first who came out and diagnosed so many problems and presented a $7k repair bill as the repair option, or a $6.5k new system replacement. Didn't believe the competitor's technician, called Biff's after a personal recommendation, and worked with Mark who confirmed my initial suspicions and didn't try to sell me on replacing old but working parts.Services: HVAC system maintenance

I have had the blessing and privilege of working with Biff's Comfort Systems for over 20 years now. I am grateful to be able to call them friends.I woke up Monday morning to a very wet basement and a failed water tank. I spoke with Biff personally that morning around 9:00am and the new tank was installed and heating water before 1:00pm the same day.My home and business, Berrodin Bed & Breakfast is over 115 years old. My furnace and central air that Biff installed almost 20 years ago is till working great.Integrity! Fair Prices! Great Service!
