Great form of support from meeting leader Cindy! Support given from fellow members as well. Using app on phone for tracking is easy and convenient.
If you have ever considered Weight Watchers I would say do it- not for anyone but yourself!! It is easy and you Never feel like you are dieting!! My leader Cindy always reminds us that it’s just about making good good choices not about being on a diet!! The support and encouragement is so helpful there is no way to fail!! The first step is always the hardest!!
