Jill in the office is the most unprofessional rude person I've ever had to speak to regarding medical. The fact that she is withholding my medical records and not forwarding them is unacceptable...when I asked to pick them up she said "don't you come here I won't have them ready" I'm incredibly happy that Dr Dickman is no longer with this office. Jill, you need a new career because you have zero empathy and you are a cruel woman. To work in medical then hold hostage our records is against the law. 5 days is more than enough time that my records should have already been sent when I originally requested. Worst practice!! If you have a temperature this practice will not see you in person and will only want to perform a virtual visit. How can a doctor be trusted if they do not want to see you in person, listen to you, check you out. This practice only wants to see 100% healthy patients............ please avoid them at all costs. They should be ashamed to call themselves a medical practice!!!

I am very happy with my care from Sylvan Lakes Family Physicians! The staff are all very kind, calm and efficient, a rare combination. I have never had any trouble getting in for an appointment and wait times are short when I'm there.Dr. Dickman is the best primary care physician I have had in a long time! She listens to my concerns and asks questions. She answers questions when I have them and is willing to refer me to a specialist if needed. She always has a calm and patient presence and never seems rushed during appointments, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend her!
