I suffer from macular degeneration. I had the ophthalmologist print off 20 pages of small font and then got mad when I couldn't read it even though she had my chart right there. Knowing I can't read something that's small. Avoid prometica. At all costs
Roberta really needs to treat customers with care and respect. I ordered glasses and got one call they were almost ready and never another call. I wouldn't go here if glasses were free. Horrible customer service. Unless you know exactly what you want and need and when they come in I wouldn't trust this place to help you. Too busy thinking about other things than to help customers. Bad bad deal. 1 star because you have to give 1.
ThheThis was the worst eye glass place I've ever gone too. The glasses were lots to chose from but the service from roberta I'd less than awful. No calls just forgot I ordered glasses there. I called several times and glasses weren't done in 3 weeks so I gave it a break and they called once and never called me again. Roberta was in charge and seem to be preoccupied with issues other than work related. She didn't do a decent job here she dropped the ball again. Sorry to have wasted my time here. Don't get glasses here unless you want horrible customer service and you'll have to call and call to follow up or you'll get nothing. It's... read full review
