About ProMedica Physicians Eye Care - Sylvania

ProMedica Physicians Eye Care is a highly recommended eye care provider. The staff are amazing and welcoming, and the nurse and doctor were incredible with a 6-year-old patient, ensuring her comfort during the first eye exam. However, the process of ordering glasses has been frustrating due to technical issues with the insurance site. Overall, the clinic offers great doctors, a convenient location, and a clean environment, though reaching them by phone can be challenging.

Once again, Dr. Rachel Obrock proves that she is at the top of her profession during my yearly follow-up appointment. She consistently takes the time to explain my conditions and the necessary steps involved in their treatment. Administrative staff was kind and courteous, with a sense of humor, which I find refreshing.

It was my first time here for my eye exam. Receptionist, greeter, nurse, doctor, the glasses lady... ( idk what to call them) are exceptional! I just wish they explained what happens to you when you get your eyes dilated , because whew. That morning sun can blind you. Overall everything was professional and I enjoyed my visit

I was diagnosed with diabetes and had an important eye appointment at this office. I got a call telling me the doctor couldn’t see me on the day of my appointment coming up. They wanted to reschedule two months later from my original appointment! Unbelievable. I’m now looking elsewhere for a place that treats its customers/patients with respect. There are half a dozen other places in the Sylvania/Toledo area that do this work with much better reviews. This is the only bad service I’ve ever had from Pro-Medica. This entire office needs reviewed by whatever management team they have at Pro-Medica.
