9/2025 Called Fred again due to same issue (older home) and am still absolutely happy with the service, honesty, price, and quick response. 2023 Called Fred on a Sunday to set up something Monday morning for our basement drain backing up. He was friendly, professional, prompt, knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. He came out and cleared our drain quickly for a more than reasonable price. Very thankful for him and would highly recommend him. We got his number from a family member who used him recently as well and was very happy with his service. We will only be using him for the future. “I used S&K twice. Once to Install a water driven back up sump pump at my home and a second time to install a secondary water meter for my outside water sources. Was able to schedule an appointment within a week, prices were competitive and fair, work was solid and passed inspections easily. I cannot say enough positive about Steve and this company. “Brad was absolutely amazing! I am a nurse caring for a 100 year old hospice patient and the bathtubs and showers started backing up. Toilets wouldn’t flush. We called them and he showed up at 8pm at night, after driving an hour to Northville, and worked on it until 10pm on this 107 degree day. Unbelievable service and I could not be more thankful for his kindness and understanding during this time. A true gentleman and a huge heart for our situation. He was able to get everything cleared out and give the caregivers use of the toilets again. Again, highly recommended. The price was beyond fair as well.“

“Showed up on time to repair a faucet, was a simple fix of turning the aerator. I asked if they could check out a wobbly toilet and they did. Repaired my toilet and informed me every step of the way what they were going to do and what the issues was.

“I had a pretty serious sewage issue. These guys came out right away. Told me what was causing the blockage. Everything was speedy and pretty efficient from start to finished. They made it very smooth for me. Which is nice because the insurance process is a pain already. They even did a little extra work which I appreciate because it would have taken me forever with a shovel.“

“My toilet had become clogged and no amount of plunging would clear it. I have used T&J in the past, so I gave them a call first thing this morning (8ish) and they were at my place about 10:45. They listened to my explanation and checked the things they needed to check; then they explained my options to me very clearly. I asked a question and expressed my concerns, which they addressed. I gave them the go ahead and they were done in a few minutes with just snaking the line. They put everything back together and cleaned up.
