Superb service. This company is very reliable. Adam and Logan were knowledgeable, hardworking, polite, prompt, and kept work area tidy for the 3 days they were here. Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend. Thank you for addressing our a/c and humidifier issues.
Overcashier & Horst had been servicing my 29 year old AC unit for a few years and advised me it wouldn’t make it another Summer. Not at all pushy but I would have waited until it failed in this past heat wave had they not been proactive calling me in March and getting some AC options in front of me. Their Salesman Brady went thru the options with detail and we picked the best unit for our home and budget. Got it in a few weeks before the heat wave and we are so thankful!! Even informed us of some Tax Credits we will take advantage of saving us quite a bit in net cost. Really appreciate their professional approach during installation also! This company far exceeded expectations. From the furnace tech that first inspected our furnace, to the sales staff that clearly explained the options, and to the installers. Kind, curteous, knowledgeable, and efficient crew that replaced the furnace, ductwork downcomer, filter box, humidifier, AC unit, and a hot water heater. All done in a day and a half. Highly recommend Overcashier & Horst.
