I had a wonderful experience here. Dr Potter is a pleasures to deal with. The manager was very helpful in picking out the right frames for me. I will recommend my eye dr to all my friends.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Potter for a couple of years now. I had never worn glasses or contacts before, but with, well… aging, I needed a little help ?. From the front desk to the doctor, the entire staff is welcoming, helpful, supportive, and kind. Even though I wasn’t thrilled about the idea of wearing glasses or the thought of trying contacts, the team was incredibly patient and even laughed with me as I struggled to put those darn things in. I’m grateful for their compassion, empathy, kindness, knowledge, and, most of all, their skill. You can tell it’s an amazing environment.

My family has had great experiences with Dr. Potter! My wife, sons, and I all go here for our vision exams, glasses, and contacts. The staff is always nice and helpful. My sons love the children's play area in the front, toys in the exam room, and little toy and stickers given to them after the exam. They have some cute kid-friendly pictures, videos, and props to get the kids to complete the eye exam in a fun way. Because of all of these things combined, it is a great place to take your children. And they are great with adults as well. I used to go to another eye doctor in Toledo that was not good, so I'm thankful to have Dr. Potter for our eye care.
