very rude person. i was calling to see if they called us since we had a missed call coming from this phone number. i introduced myself and the company i was working for and the guy rudely asked if we had a business certificate number and he wants to obtain that because he wants to check with the attorney general if we are a legitimate business. all i was calling about was to know if they called us, a simple "No" would have been enough but he had to go all the way to the attorney general to check if we are a legitimate business.

I've been a customer there over 20 years with a mail box, and have done and received a lot of shipping, pills, etc. No complaints. In fact they go out of their way to be of help.
