Brought a family member into the ER to be seen and likely get stitches at 5:30am. Was "checked in" in less than 5 minutes. It is now 7:30 and we're still in the waiting room. Apparently, we've come at what is likely two hours of a shift change culminatinf with the registration employee leaving promptly at 7. I waited a bit, then went to get an ETA on being seen. I was told, "IDK, I JUST GOT HERE, but someone should come get ya'll soon they do know she's out there." So posting review while we continue to wait to be seen and just watched the only other guy who had been here before us, inform them he was leaving, he couldn't wait any more. Dr. Noha Dardir does not listen on the phone. She did not care or sound concerned about the symptoms being explained to her. She was rude, talks over people, not sure how she’s a doctor. she doesn’t seem to care about patients only the money. Don’t go to her she’s impatient and rushes you off the phone. I have never had a complaint about any doctor until I came in contact with her. She is absolutely horrible.

I've been a patient there for about 10 years. Made an appointment a year ago that I wasn't able to make it to and they dismissed me from their practice. Save your time and find a better place that values their patients.
