I had my first surgery at Flower Hospital yesterday and the staff made it such a wonderful and anxiety free experience! Every staff member was so kind, comforting & professional. I felt very well cared for! Highly recommended. Particular shoutout to my surgeon Dr. Helen O’Connell who was so gentle during the operation, I am in minimal pain today and am feeling great. 5 stars!

My rimless glasses broke in half across the nose piece (bridge), and I called and Dr Pezo told me to bring them in and they will look at them and see if they could fix them. I went right down there and Robert took them and soldered them together and they were as good as new. Thank you Robert you are a life saver.

We purchased a water ionizing machine as well as a pre-filtration unit for the ability to vary the water PH levels based on what we were going to be using it for. The filtered water moves through several electrode plates, resulting in acidic and alkaline parts. With this machine, we now have the ability to have water basically any way we want. A kock at the front door when the appointment time was scheduled, and I was a bit surprised as to how young the 2 men were. My initial thought - oh boy, here we go! It didn't take long for the lead plumber to put my mind at ease with his comments as they took the parts out of the boxes, rationalizing as to how the water machine and pre-filter was going to work as well as his recommendations for additional parts sent but not necessary for the overall operation of the units as a whole system. These young men were knowledgeable and efficient. Only one trip to a big-box store was required for a needed part. With these items installed and totally functional, our health journey begins with "healthy water"
I have had several cleaning services in the past for my home, from independent cleaning ladies to franchise services. None have been as accommodating to my specific requests, or as thorough as Grateful Green. Always reliable and cheerful, I look forward to getting my house cleaned every other week! Trustworthy and affordable, I would highly recommend.
A definite step above the typical optician's office and leaps better than the generic frames offered at places like Costco. Spouse and I have both purchased glasses from FPV in past 60 days and was impressed with their knowledgeable and attentive staff. Found better quality frames we were looking for, paid a reasonable price for them, and avoided some of the insane markup that you find at a boutique shop.

Kaylien marrow was amazing my hair looks and feels amazing and there was definitely a nice vibe there very impressed.
I have curly hair, which makes it difficult to find someone who can cut it properly. However, Christy at Willow Creek has done the best job of anyone who has ever cut my hair.
Also the atmosphere of Willow Creek Salon is much nicer than most salons I've been to. It is not over-stimulating. The lights are soft, not fluorescent, and the interior design is not black and white. These aspects make for an inviting--almost cozy--place to go for getting a haircut.
Professional, kind, personable.
Able to understand and collaborate what I wanted, and recommend what would be best for my hair.
I will be back to this location!

I’ve been a hairstylist for almost 10 years. My son is 3 and absolutely hates haircuts. It’s a long, drawn out process and always involves bribery. He’s got super straight hair that’s so hard to make look nice. With that being said, he was in Leigha’s chair for barely 20 minutes and his hair looks sooo good!! He hopped right up without any tears or hesitation, he sat fairly still for her(as much as a 3 year old can) and she was able to get the whole haircut done without any complaints from him. Leigha is absolutely amazing and she’s my new go-to!

I had brain cancer surgery last year and now I have to wear a wig. I purchased a second wig and it was two poofy so someone gave me Kevin Charles name that he does this for cancer patients. He trims their wigs. So I made an appointment with him and he did a wonderful job. He really doesn't charge anything. But I did give him a $20 tip for doing it for me and he was very appreciative. I'm so glad that there are people out there like that.

I don't live in Ohio but I did try to purchase a product online from Skinology to ship to Colorado, which unfortunately turns out will be discontinued. Stephie's customer service exceeds excellence. She was kind and informative, kept me updated throughout the process of locating the product. When we finally learned the product's company discontinued the line, she immediately refunded me and gave me a few other product recommendations to look into given my sensitive skin. Not only is the finished product beautiful, but the workers were also polite, professional, tidy, and efficient. They were so quiet that sometimes we even forgot they were here!
