Building with Wayne Homes was a dream. Each step of the building process was streamlined and each representative was eager to help us build our dream home. They guided us though the process and allowed us to feel comfortable with each decision and issue we experience during the journey. Julie and Sarah helped us tackle the design and paperwork. Our site manager, Tim, was always on schedule during the build. We had a few factors outside of our control that slowed down our build after closing but our house was completed 5 months after dig day. I would always recommend anyone to build with Wayne Homes.
Very happy with the design process with the Julie's at the Sunbury office. Our Project Manager, Butch, was hands-on and in weekly communication. We lived nearby and were able to stop by the build site daily and we're very content with each process step. Moved in this week and house was built to our expectations. So far it has been a very positive experience.
