They are very respectful of your property, clean up after themselves and they are just really kind hearted, hard working people. Rin was great in helping us design everything and figure out all the logistics. Chris is a great Project Manager and he has a team of hardworking guys that all did amazing work.They completed our patio, which included a fire pit area with a lot of intricate cuts, stairs with railings, a grill pad, a lounge area, the assembly of a pergola, all with electrical wiring, and landscaped all around the space, which included replacing all mulch we currently had with the most beautiful river rock. The patio itself took about 3 weeks to complete. The landscaping took less than a week.ARJ team made this such an easy process and worked with us along the way to make it exactly what we wanted. They show up when they say they are going to and work long hours. Their pricing is fantastic. The quality of their work speaks volumes. We are in love with the outdoor space they created for us. “First of all, out of all the landscapers I have called, Jonathan was the only one who was responsive and on time. He understands that time is important. If you want someone reliable, he is your guy.Mr. Allen installed a huge rose bed for me in the backyard. Not only did he take time to give me his thoughts and opinions, he made sure that I was going to get the best material for what my plants need. Having experience working with one of the most popular nurseries in Columbus he was able to really guide me in the right direction as far as advice. I have never had anyone be so thorough as Jonathan with his project. He made sure that the rose bed, which was once home to five spruce trees, had all of the tree roots taken out out, all weeds and woodchips hauled off, tilled the ground until the dirt was clean and prepped, filled in with the best dirt from Kurtz Bros, and then edged the bed. What was important to me was that he understood my vision and he took it and made it come true. “I contacted Russell Landscape Services to get a quote on taking a tree down. They were very quick to respond and were thorough in explaining the process. Within 3 days they had someone out to our house to access. The next day I received an email with the price and explanation of what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the cost was out of our range as it's a 60 ft tree and we had NO idea what it costs to take down. I received an email back with a referral from Russell himself of another company that might be cheaper but still quality. This is huge. They apologized and spoke highly of this other company in regards to our needing a little cheaper price tag. It is all of these things that will definitely cause us to go back to Russell Landscape in the future. I highly recommend them!“

“Charter Oaks Tree and Landscaping Service did an AWESOME job taking down seven hurt or dead trees for us, and grinding out a few stumps too. They were here when it was warm one day, and downright frosty and miserable the next. Their estimator, Phil, was prompt and got here when he said he'd be here, did a quick quote, stuck to that quote, and got the crew here when he said they'd be here. The crew was very respectful of our property, they even blew sawdust off our gravel driveway so it would look like it did when they got here. The guy who was in "The Alien" cutting the trees was really amazing. He grabbed pieces of the trees like they were toothpicks. Watching him was like seeing a Jedi Master at work! I already recommended Charter Oaks to a couple friends, and I have no hesitancy recommending them here on Google. In fact, I think we have two more trees we're going to add to our to do list.
