“First of all, out of all the landscapers I have called, Jonathan was the only one who was responsive and on time. He understands that time is important. If you want someone reliable, he is your guy.Mr. Allen installed a huge rose bed for me in the backyard. Not only did he take time to give me his thoughts and opinions, he made sure that I was going to get the best material for what my plants need. Having experience working with one of the most popular nurseries in Columbus he was able to really guide me in the right direction as far as advice. I have never had anyone be so thorough as Jonathan with his project. He made sure that the rose bed, which was once home to five spruce trees, had all of the tree roots taken out out, all weeds and woodchips hauled off, tilled the ground until the dirt was clean and prepped, filled in with the best dirt from Kurtz Bros, and then edged the bed. What was important to me was that he understood my vision and he took it and made it come true. “I contacted Russell Landscape Services to get a quote on taking a tree down. They were very quick to respond and were thorough in explaining the process. Within 3 days they had someone out to our house to access. The next day I received an email with the price and explanation of what needed to be done. Unfortunately, the cost was out of our range as it's a 60 ft tree and we had NO idea what it costs to take down. I received an email back with a referral from Russell himself of another company that might be cheaper but still quality. This is huge. They apologized and spoke highly of this other company in regards to our needing a little cheaper price tag. It is all of these things that will definitely cause us to go back to Russell Landscape in the future. I highly recommend them!“

“Everything looks pretty good. Make sure you notify them of plants you don’t want to be pulled out and notify them of irrigation lines so they don’t get cut. Employee were on time and friendly. Will definitely use in the future. They trimmed our 53 box woods and a fee trees. Pricing is fair for the amount of work done. Paid for mulching and they did a great job covering all flower beds.“
