The service desk continues to be cordial, knowledgeable, and sincerely helpful. I think the current staff genuinely likes working there and helping people - even those of us who do *not* work in construction every day. I no longer have reservations about checking out Holmes Lumber when I need something. I went in looking for vinyl back fornew outdoor wall lantern thinking they too wouldnt have it. And they didnt. But Bill helped me. He made severalPhone calls to find who would make it to match my siding. He stayed right on it. He found a company that crossed referenced vinyl colors from different brands..
