I had a carport done by them back in July-Aug 2022. It was a 2-car carport and it was leaking. Mac's Roofing finished the project and my carport started leaking more than ever. I told them that it was leaking everywhere, he claimed it wasn't the roof but the walls. When I took videos of the ceiling and told him the roof was leaking, he made a few attempts to fix it, but the problem never went away. I paid him the full payment already, so he kept dragging his feet from August to February 2023 and the leaking never stopped. Once he made it clear that he wasn't going to fix it, I took some other roofing people and went up on the roof. I'm a woman and I wasn't able to go up and see what he had done. When we saw his work, he basically patched up one portion of the roof with small pieces of roofing and caulked openings everywhere, which cracked all over the place. It was a really messy job on one end of the roof. When it snows, the ceiling literally has icicles hanging down, that is how much it's leaking everywhere. My carport wasn't even leaking this badly before he did it. He basically refused to repair what was a terribly sloppy job and I'm going to court to *** him. He dragged his feet for 7 months to fix it and I got to a point where I said enough is enough. Never use this guy. He is sloppy and if he knows he can take advantage of you, he will. He also doesn't work very clean. It's nails and c*** all over after he does the roof.

They put my roof on 15 years ago and it started leaking this year so I called them to fix it only to wait for a month for them to show up and charge me $400 to fix the leak only to have it to continue to leak. When they were up on the roof, they said whoever put your roof on did a poor job ! They didn’t remember that they were the ones that put my roof on originally ! They had to come out a second time for my roof and it was still leaking and had a hard time getting them to answer my phone calls. In the two times that they were there to fix my leak and charge me $400, they were at my house for a total of one hour. I ended up paying another company to fix my roof properly...read full review
