Weight Loss Lab by Recharge

The Weight Loss Lab by Recharge is a lab located inside of Club Recharge that is solely dedicated to the pursuit of weight loss. Our program teaches the science behind how your body loses weight. By testing your metabolic rate, measuring your body fat percentage and scanning your body in our Fit 3D body scanner our lab can precisely determine if you body is losing fat or you are just dehydrated. Metabolism plays a key role in the process of losing weight and testing your metabolic rate is extremely important. Our clients are able to test their RMR or Resting Metabolic Rate each time they make a change to their diet so that they are able to determine if their body agrees.
