Viccarone Heating & Air Conditioning did the new construction install on our house so we decided to give them a shot with the service plan for the first year. My wife was home for the appointment and instantly said Jim Kutchko provided 5 star service. She said he took time to explain everything he was doing with the system, how we can best tune it for the performance we want throughout the year, and was quick, but thorough, and courteous with all of his work. Very happy with this first appointment and hope to have many more of the same in the future.
Viccarone installed the Lennox hvac system in my brand new Pulte home in 2020. A/C unit was under-sized for the square footage and has been a problem ever since. Condenser coil has been leaking water into the air handler and it is a rusty mess. Third party companies have all told me unit is too small for house. Buyer beware!
Tom Adams JIM serviced our HVAC unit for the summer. He was very througal informed us every step that he was taking asked questions and troubleshoot various aspects of our cooling unit.
