Awful experience and very unprofessional. They came out about a year and a half ago and all the flooring needed replaced because they laid it over top of dirt and you could see it bubbling. They came to fix it and added a bunch a nails to the flooring which ruined my finished basement. They wouldn’t do anything to rectify the situation. Now after the replacement of the floor a year later and the flooring looks worse then it did the first time. I would never advise anyone to ever use this company. This was a nightmare experience.We paid in full for our flooring in January and were told it would be one week. When I called a week later, I was told the order had just missed the delivery deadline and would be another week. When I received the floor the following week, I took it home, opened the boxes and found half the delivery was damaged. From early February to early March, I spoke with 6 different people, all of whom shifted responsibility and stated that they couldn't help. Worst job ever, been in construction for 20 yrs, didn't stretch the carpet , left beer cans , carpet is falling off all the steps, edges were not rolled under, huge caps in our kitchen. They said our house had too much moister 3 months of moving in. We had dehumidifiers during the whole building process.
