My son works out at NST and has done so for the past 2 months. He is a 5th grader and is already seeing results. His athleticism is improving but more than that, his confidence on and off the court/field/diamond is building. I would directly attribute that to how coach Alex and staff run the program, treat the athletes, and manage their workouts.
I had heard positive feedback before we joined and all of it was justified. We are very pleased to have found Coach Alex and the entire NST coaching staff!!
This is an awesome place and I gained a lot of strength and increased my speed and vertical. I gained a lot more on my bench and squat and also gained a lot of speed. “Alex still won’t make me meal prep”
I have gone to NST the past 3 years and have seen major improvement in both my speed and strength. Positive environment that allows athletes to grow into the best version of themselves. I have become much more explosive and have put on a lot of muscle.
