This is the best massage envy i have been to! Staff is very nice. I called this morning hoping there was availability! I got in with Ron! I am so glad i did! That was the BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD! Thank you! I have scheduled my next appointment already!

I just want to give a shout out to Megan at the Strongsville location. I had an extreme situation and had to cancel last minute. Megan made the situation easy and was able to accommodate my need.Thanks again Megan!!

Bought a couples massage for my finance's Birthday, and was my first massage I've ever received. Went about as I expected if not better. Very professional staff, and I almost felt a high after, definitely see how people make this a monthly routine. Also, found the 1 star reviews funny. They're a business, of course they're going to try and sell you a service. They weren't overly pushy just wanted to highlight what they offered.
