Great service, caring staff, all around 5 stars! I appreciate that they did not mind when I needed to come back for a new trial of contacts. Very professional employees who are interested in me being satisfied with the products. Thank you.
Gladys Saker, Emily and Dr.Anetakis were amazing and took excellent care of my sons.Our appointment went very smoothly and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend anyone to go to the Greater Cleveland eye associates in Strongsville.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful, however not much room in the waiting area and had to first read the eye chart with the woman at the desk and later with the doctor. Not a huge deal, but just seemed like a lot of unnecessary extra work for the staff and unnecessary testing for me.
