We are so happy with our LVP floor installation! Jessica was with us every step of the way and was always available to help us with any questions. Mark and Steve did the installation and were friendly, efficient and did beautiful work. We’ve already got Floorz in the books for the next project!

My wife and I just purchased a kitchen floor from Floorz and the experience could not have been any better. From the day we walked into the showroom in Strongsville and met Nick Flores our salesperson until yesterday when Dj and Donny did the install on our new kitchen floor. all our questions were answered and we were given the samples to take home to match up with our new cabinets and not one ounce of pressure. The installers were pleasant and professional, explaining everything that they were going to do and why they were doing it and asking us if that was the way we wanted it to be done. I would like to thank , Jeff, Dave, Sarah, Patrick and James for there help with a difficult stair installation issue. From the first call to the end of project Floorz was their to help and work through it. I can't thank them enough for their effort and true concern for taking care of me and getting this done. Thanks to all and James for being on site to work through the issue and get it done. I would highly recommend Floorz because they truly care about the consumer and doing it right.
