Not only have they not answered my call after I called them twice today. I came to the office at 3:55, going off the times listed on their google page that they are open until 5 pm. They have it listed on their office that they’re open until 4 instead and locked the door 5 min early! I literally just needed to pick up a replacement of my glasses, which would’ve taken minutes, if not seconds. Extremely unprofessional. I do not think I will be working with them again…
Great place!Dr. Sika is an excellent eye doctor, the staff is friendly, and they offer helpful customer service.There’s even been a couple times where he accommodated a last-minute request, once when I had an eye injury, and once when I had an infection. Exceptional ✅Highly recommend ?
