TEN STARS IF POSSIBLE. My family is staying in Cleveland while my mother is receiving chemotherapy treatment. I was looking for in home hair service and I couldn’t have been happier to find Ashley. When I called to see about availability, she was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating, ensuring that all our concerns and needs were met. She was able to schedule my mom for next day and understood that given her medical condition that flexibility was a factor. I felt very cared about and learned a lot more about wigs and how to take care of my hair. It was a comfortable experience and I really like the scent and feel of the Pretty Girl oil product. I would definitely recommend to someone looking for help with wigs or anything hair related. I will be continuing to go back and continuing to buy the Pretty Girl products.
