Taking care of my pets has always been easy at Crossroads! Scheduling is simple, ordering medications is quick and easy (at least after the initial setup), and the staff seem to care.
I've been going to Crossroads for about 5 years now and have 5 animals who are seen here. From annual visits to multiple recent unexpected visits for a sick kitten, they've all treated me and my pets extremely well. Me and my husband have likely seen every vet, tech, and receptionist at this point, and every single one of them seems to genuinely care for my animals. They take their time and let you ask questions, make sure you and your animals are comfortable, and appointments are easy to schedule. Crossroads has taken care of all of my cats for years. They are kind & compassionate. I just adopted two kittens and have a new vet, he is great. I would recommend this vet hospital to all.
