I've always felt very self-conscious going to the gym/ participating in any type of fitness class, but the energy at Bodhi Yoga was extremely warm (not just because we did hot yoga) and welcoming! I highly recommend taking the leap of faith and trying a class here!
Intimate spot. I've been twice with two different instructors in the beginners class, both knowledgeable with variances in their chosen poses. My lack of funds is the only reason I'm not there every night. Prost to the yogis and yoginis, well done and thank y'all kindly. Also bring your game face :)
