Really enjoyed coming here. I came here with a 2 month Groupon and enjoyed every different class I tried. I ended up signing to another gym after, but it was just because the class times at AOK don't fit my schedule anymore. Love the yoga and dance classes here the most!
This place keeps you moving through the whole workout and is a great challenge to all levels! I started here a month ago and love the variety of classes...it's like having your own personal trainer! Love this place!
