“A few years ago I contracted with Home Appeal to install entry doors to my home. I received excellent courteous service. The doors were of outstanding quality. Consequently, when I needed replacement windows last fall, I contracted with them again. It is now January and the coldest day of the year. I made a detailed examination around each window. Even with the near-zero degree temperatures, I found no air infiltration and excellent insulation...Great company!“

Friendly as can be which is hard to find than this day and age. I don't know if it's just me, but its just hard to relate or get that "friend who's helping a friend" type of connection.You listened well, as well as explaining everything to me well, making sure that it was exactly how it should be or should I say how I would like it to be. My last experience was more of a how they wanted it to be type of experience and I'm happy to say this was nothing like that.Zero complaints on quality of work or price. After a raging summer storm left us with insurance coverage for only front-side shingle, soffit, and gutter damage, we searched for help from local roofing repair services. After seven estimates, Certified Roofing won the bid by offering a plan to replace our entire roof at a cost to fit our budget, Owner ******* **** offered the idea of using algae-resistant shingles to extend the serviceable life of our heavily shaded roof. ******* and his team worked hard to get the old roof off and the new roof on before evening rain, with attention to details like replacing rotted plywood and using high quality materials that will last my lifetime. The crowning achievement was a perfectly restored chimney with new flashing and fresh mortar. ******* even came back after a workday five days later to seal the cured mortar with polyurethane for protection from the elements. “This a review overdue. Jim did our roof four years ago now. It's pretty big, with lots of eaves and valleys...very tricky. Our house has been as dry as can be, so the quality stands for itself. The crew was excellent, but about a year or so later, when I climbed up to check the gutters, it looked like they had stepped my gutter screens down into the gutters. I had really let this drag but finally called Jim. Of course he asked why it took so long, but I don't clean the gutter guards very often. So check this out. This is over a year later. Jim sent a crew out and didn't just pull the old guards back up, he REPLACED them and noted they had just caved in from age. To top it off, on his own, he had the crew also install brand new guards on my highest level on the one side. And Jim himself climbed on my roof to reseal my vents and even repainted my flashing and vents. Never asked me for a penny more. Just all around one of the best small businesses I've ever worked with.“

“Started with weatherseal in 2021 and things fell through on my end...fast forward to 2024 decided to give it a try again. Made the appointment which the lady that answered the phone was very pleasant. The salesman (Ryan Hagen)called to let me know he was on the way.Showed up when said he was going to and was very professional..told him I had a quote from a rival company for a roof ..told me I'll beat there price easily ...keep in mind he was only here to give me a quote on siding and gutters...went out took pictures of the outside of my home and came back in within 10 min.Ryan then proceeded to tell me that he was going to save me almost 6000 dollars...then went on to show me what my house will look like with the siding and roof through the program they use on there tablet...as of right now I am very pleased with how everything went and what Ryan did to help us out... If you need anything done with your house call and ask for Ryan Hagen he goes above and beyond..will keep you posted after it is completedUpdate....Absolutely blown away!!!!! turned out better than what I expected and was all done in a 4 day process...Had a few hiccups along the way but was handled very professional and courteous by the crews and WeatherSeal.
