“We have two Shorkies and have tried many different groomers. We have never really been happy with any of them. Whether it be the cost, the customer service, the finished product, or the groomer, we just kept bouncing around.... until yesterday.
I dropped them both off and Autumn was there to great us with a smile. She asked pertinent questions and after a couple minutes of chatting with her, I realized that this may be the last groomer we look for. When I picked them up, they looked (and smelled) amazing. Autumn also provided me good detail on how they both behaved during the appointment. We also go for regular check ups & shots & whatever we might need to go for & these guys are very thorough & they actually listen to your concerns. They are not crazily priced either.
