Palm Beach Tan

Always weird to see nothing but 5 star and 1 star reviews. Been going since 2017 to get a base for a trip to Mexico and just liked going so much I didn't stop. I've never once had a bad experience. Everyone that's worked there has been great. Sure they'll offer products, but they're also very smart at helping you get results, which is real. If it's an issue for you, just buy cheap Amazon stuff and say no thank you, the girls there are super nice and won't badger you. Very clean. Excellent beds! Only downside, very expensive. They say spray tan is included in your package but then you have to pay $33 more for your color choice. I paid over a $100 for a month package, you get Red light, tanning, and spray tan, plus $33 every time. I got covid 4 days after I paid for the package, and ended up missing the rest of the month. Would have been nice if they had extended the package for me, but they didn't. So that is some of the reason why I gave three stars. I am an employee at a PBT location in LA, but when I come back to Ohio to visit family, the PBT location in Streetsboro is well worth the 40min drive! The salon is always so clean & I never have to wait for a bed. The staff is also so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (especially Abbey!!) and they make me feel like I'm right at home when I come here to tan. I highly recommend coming here for anyone in the NE Ohio area considering spray or bed tanning : )
