Always weird to see nothing but 5 star and 1 star reviews. Been going since 2017 to get a base for a trip to Mexico and just liked going so much I didn't stop. I've never once had a bad experience. Everyone that's worked there has been great. Sure they'll offer products, but they're also very smart at helping you get results, which is real. If it's an issue for you, just buy cheap Amazon stuff and say no thank you, the girls there are super nice and won't badger you. They do keep you up to date when there's good sales on the stuff they sell, it's not a gimmick, just looking out for their clients. The place is always super clean,... read full review
I am an employee at a PBT location in LA, but when I come back to Ohio to visit family, the PBT location in Streetsboro is well worth the 40min drive! The salon is always so clean & I never have to wait for a bed. The staff is also so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (especially Abbey!!) and they make me feel like I'm right at home when I come here to tan. I highly recommend coming here for anyone in the NE Ohio area considering spray or bed tanning : )
I felt very welcomed from the second I walked in! I was a little unsure with covid how my experience would go. I have to say it went great! Loved getting personalization on my spray tan! Turned out beautiful ?Thanks again!
