They took such good care of my golden! She is used to spa days at home, so this was an unfamiliar experience for her. She has some anxiety, but the staff took wonderful care of her. She looks, feels, and smells great!
My 18 year old long hair cat was in need of his first ever grooming appointment, after deciding he was done grooming himself. I was so scared because of his age and how bad his mats had become, I just couldn’t keep up. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my senior cat. They assured me they would watch him closely and stop at any signs of stress. I got a call a little while later that they did have to give him a lion cut, which I figured was the case. He handled this appointment well and after a couple days of adjustment to his new hair cut he was back to his normal self. Highly recommend!
I've been taking my dog there for her monthly nail trim for around six months. Each time, the staff has been both professional and friendly! My dog gets so excited that she can't get in the door fast enough!!
