I got an appointment the next day (a Saturday, too), Anita did a great job with my cut, I was in and out in less than an hour, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Anita didn't try and push product on me like a lot of places do. The experience was actually fun; I came into my appointment tired and ready for a nap yet left the salon energized.
