Not only do Lisa and the other therapists actually touch you (I've been other places where they do not and I don't understand how that can help), they EXPLAIN WHY and HOW the exercises work to fix the problem. “My experience with Justin was fantastic. I suffered for over 5 years with lower back pain caused from bulging/herniated disc issues. During the first year I even attended a different PT without success. I tried physical therapy again with the attitude that I would always feel somewhat fragile and have to live with back pain.
