Navigate Counseling and Consultation Services provides mental health services to individuals, couples, and families in the greater Akron, OH area and beyond. We also provide continuing education and consultation for counselors and other helping professionals seeking to improve competence in working with a variety of presenting concerns and populations. If you are looking for therapy, this is the place. Everyone is so nice, even the billing department. They have been so helpful when I have needed it, on top of having the best therapist I have ever had. They really have time to focus on you, and are always prepared for the session. The offices are super comfortable, with couches and most of them have fidget toys and blankets, which I find incredibly helpful. Very friendly to LGBTQ, and literally anyone else. Highly recommend! I am no longer a patient since I moved of state, but I wanted to leave a review once I noticed there weren’t any!! I met with Katelyn and she was amazing- so kind and down to earth. My husband saw another counselor here and loved them as well. The office is a great location right in Stow and is small but very comfortable and staff is great. The billing department helped us out a lot which was impressive. They are supporters of the LGBTQ+ community. All around an awesome new and growing counseling agency and I would highly recommend their services!
