Sales person was very prompt, courteous & helpful & installation team was excellent. They moved everything back into their place, cleaned up beautifully. I would highly recommend FCI!
John was great to deal with. He patiently helped us pick the perfect flooring. I is absolutley beautiful. I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. They are reasonably priced and the nicest installers. Thank you FCI for all you have done! We had a small issue with one transition strip, but the company made sure it was corrected and everything was to our satisfaction.
We re-did the entire first floor of our house. They were very helpful when making our selection and talking through the process. The installers were very professional and fast with the work. Floors turned out great!
