I went to this place almost two years ago. I had an unfortunate event with the doctor. I told her I did not want to go to Northeast Ohio eye surgeons and told her not to call me. unfortunately she didn't want to listen and thought I was too dumb to understand anyting and asked me if I had a case manager which is inappropriate for an eye doctor to ask because I'm the one that made the appointment. She chased me out of the office and because I refuse to listen to her she had the cops called on me to do a welfare check. And then the same day that the cops came Northeast Ohio eye surgeons called me. if a doctor really listens to a patient they would not cross boundaries and then get offended by a patient telling the truth on their reviews. nobody should have to endure that kind of behavior from a doctor. just go see doctor hussing he's one of the best in Kent and he does good with people who are disabled. I would never go here and I wouldn't take my kids here or people who have Vision impairments because the doctor feels like they have to have a savior complex and ignore the person's request. If you like that kind of behavior from a doctor I highly recommend you go here but if you don't go somewhere else
