At least they take the time to explain what there doing and go over everything they do. little pricey bit worth the money for the care your pet gets ....Better than Pittsburgh shoots them up with pain meds send them home .and it wears off and your back a to square one and 1200.00 later ...
I absolutely adore all the staff! I have a cat rescue and I'm absolutely thrilled with how much they care about the animals. When I have an emergency and I have a very sick cat they will do everything they can to accommodate me. when I called them said one of the kittens was coughing up blood. They had said they were busy but then when I said what was wrong they were willing to do whatever they had to do to get her in. And if you've been to many veterinarian offices I've been in the last 4 months. You would know how rare that is.
My English Massif was having thyroid problems. We seen Dr. Manning (not sure I spelled that correctly) but he was awesome with her. Very caring, compassionate called twice to check up on her. He was in no rush and answered every question we had and was very knowledgeable. Price was close to price as any other for what we needed. While I was sitting there I seen how compassionate they were towards everyone who walked in the door. Taking top priority to emergency situations. My dog is doing very well under their care. I highly recommend Dr. Manning.
