I worked in IT and rarely need any IT support. We had a project: my son wanted to build his own gaming rig, and ordered all the parts. We needed a place to assemble (at home we have cats, less than optimal), and Jeff was nice enough to provide space and oversight in case we got into trouble. That is very different from the normal serivces they offer! We did get into trouble: a bad CPU and a faulty motherboard. After replacements we successfully completed the build. His advice was spot on, and he checked our progress from time to time to advise and ensure we did not misfire. I was very happy that I found PC Express to help with my upgrade to windows 10. I had no idea what I was doing. Jeff is professional and went above and beyond explaining things to me. I am so glad to know he is out there. I highly recommend all your computer needs to this place! He makes you feel welcome and is very patient. Very professional and I had my laptop back in a timely manner!
