8/1/19: Had an issue with a line freezing up on my AC. Called over in the morning, they had time to fit me in the same day even calling early enough. On time and super polite. Answered all my questions professionally and even gave me advice on my system for things I didn't think to ask. Highly recommend Jim Monroe. I called for an estimate on new furnace and AC. They came to do it the next day and installed the day after that! Reasonable price and friendly service.

My furnace stopped working on the coldest night in years, and I called their number after midnight because it was posted on the furnace when I bought the house (presumably they installed it). My call was returned before business hours, and they were able to come within a few hours to get me up and running. Another plus, they didn't charge me an exorbitant fee, when really they could have, because of the situation and the fact that it was an emergency. They are very professional and courteous and I will be using them again to perform scheduled maintenance. I highly recommend this company!
