Hollywood Family Eyecare: Sullivan David J OD

He's an excellent optometrist, but the business side of his office seems to be a little erratic. The office hours don't match what's posted on the web, phone calls often go unanswered, and it takes up to 3 weeks to get prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses. Communication between the staff and Dr. Sullivan is poor, sometimes resulting in mistakes in orders. A trip to the eye doctor shouldn't be this frustrating.

The service was nice but my father and I came in for back to back appointments at 11 and it is now 2, and we're still not done. Don't come here if you have a time restriction
