I can see again! Very thorough examination by Dr. Sullivan, great selection of quality frames and pleasantly polite assisting staff. I can’t say enough good things about the positive experience I had. Highly recommended.

I do like Dr.Sullivan. However, in the two times that I have been to his office, it took over a month the first time to get my contacts and I still have not received my trial contacts and it has been over two months. I have called several times. The staff is not prompt (if at all) on returning calls. I can not order them from anywhere else right now because I do not know if the prescription will be correct, as for these are trial. I will say that the staff is very nice.

He's an excellent optometrist, but the business side of his office seems to be a little erratic. The office hours don't match what's posted on the web, phone calls often go unanswered, and it takes up to 3 weeks to get prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses. Communication between the staff and Dr. Sullivan is poor, sometimes resulting in mistakes in orders. A trip to the eye doctor shouldn't be this frustrating.
