I used to go across the river to Bill about 8 years ago when I was in high school. Best cut ever. I went to WVU, guys in Morgantown charging $40 a cut and they weren’t even close to Bill. Now I live in SWFL and people down here trying to charge anywhere from $35-60 a cut. Tried a place, and still nothing like Bill. Whenever I’m back in the OV next, I’m making a special trip to Steubenville for a cut.

If you love the movie barbershop welcome to a small town version. Only one barber and the wait can be long, however the conversations can be delightful and make passing the time pleasant. The price per quality is exceptional and it's now my go too place.

BJ's does proper fades. Came down here from Toronto and was happy to find a barber shop that could actually do proper fades. Tends to get busy near closing time, so come early or bring reading material.
