Nathan did an excellent job today! He jumped straight into troubleshooting a brand new furnace that hadn't been tested out before (and wasn't keeping up with the latest cold snap), having ideas immediately on what to tweak. Found that the system was constantly overheating due to the untested fuel-to-air ratio and was shutting itself off, and he was able to optimize it very easily. I really appreciate the way that he kept me posted on everything he was doing and teaching me about how the system works and what to watch for. Amazing customer service, I highly appreciate it!

Universal Heating and Cooling installed ceiling insulation as well as new ducts throughout our house They arrived on time, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. And the cost did not break the bank. I would definitely recommend their services and have been very happy with their work, customer service, and all technicians!
