I called about a potential mold issue, and David came out the very next day. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. It turned out to be a simple remedy that I could do myself, and I so appreciated his honesty and integrity.
Sterling Restoration was fantastic to work with! I called around to a few places over a mold problem in my rental property guest bathroom. I live out of the area though. So I worry about quality and honesty when only working over the phone, especially since I was going off of what my tenants had told me. They squeezed an on-site consultation at my rental property within 30 minutes after the first phone call. From phone call to on site arrival for assessment was under 30 minutes, and they were very quick and thorough on the assessment, including many photos and a very detailed description of the mold issue sent to my inbox, along with details on how the issue could be handled! My review? Speedy, honest, and, according to my tenants, very respectful and polite house guests, as well! A real pleasure to work with!
