They saved my special girl from a lot of unnecessary pain. They were as gentle, honest and direct about her condition as possible and gave me options, of which I disliked all. In the end, they explained procedures and answered questions. They have cremation services as well. I'm grateful they told me in time to save her from continued pain and discomfort.
Dr. Crouch, thank you. My heart is still broken, but if not for you, Bailey would have suffered longer and I would have been a bigger mess than I am. When the day comes that I obtain a new "special child", I intend to bring them to you.
We've only had one visit but it was a great experience! I did not feel nickel and dimed at all. I was recommended things for my pup but there was absolutely no pressure! The veterinarian seemed honest and told me what she truly thought. I ended up waiting for blood work and test and she didn't make me at all feel like I need to start that. They explained the benefits and the why's so well but again no pressure. I greatly appreciated this!
