The staff is friendly, helpful, and creates a clean, kid-friendly environment that makes dental visits enjoyable for children. Many parents appreciate the caring and attentive approach of the team, noting that their children's experiences are positive and efficient. The office is busy, but patients are seen quickly, and thoughtful touches, like tokens for kids, add to the overall experience. Parents feel their children's dental health is in good hands.
Love Springfield Pediatric Dentistry , the staff is always so helpful. Also the envoirment is nothing but clean and kid friendly. Going to the dentist doesn't have to be a bad experience for children, we just need more places like this.
Although I live an hour and 45 minutes away from this dentist, my son seen Dr. Andrea Myers and she was beyond amazing! Very kind, down to earth, sympathetic, and genuinely cares about these kids. She's been the only one to suggest that a main factor to my son's issues with his teeth could be caused by acid reflux. So, back to his ped we go. But she's saving my son's teeth and my baby from pain! I would definitely recommend her to everyone. She's absolutely worth the drive!
The staff was friendly, although the place was busy, we were in and out pretty quickly! The token at the end made my 6yr olds day ❤️
No amount of praise will ever be enough for this office! As a parent to special needs kiddos Dr. Andrea takes it ALL in stride. Today she and her hygentist fielded so many questions I could feel my cheeks getting hot with embarrassment/ frustration. My normally quiet child asked every question he had been thinking for probably years! In this field of work she has surely seen and heard it all but as a parent her smile and nurturing nature to put me at ease!
Today my kiddo earned the coveted coin and got a prize! Some sticky skeletons which he promptly threw on the ceiling. You win some and lose some!
