“I walked in as the owner & employees were dealing with a very difficult, rude & entitled "Karen" who was obviously impossible to please. The entire staff tried to help her. They handled the situation to the best of their ability; which still did not please the woman. She stormed out saying they would lose at least 10 customers based on her referrals. Once Karen left, I was very impressed by how the entire staff brushed it off & carried on as if she hadn't even been there (no murmuring behind her back). They were then able to fit me in without the required appointment (I know an appointment will be required for my next visit, but thanks for leaving today, Karen!).Anna did my nails (new full set) and she did a phenomenal job!! She was extremely personable & made me feel valued as a customer. I am extremely pleased with the service I received & witnessed! My hope is that my positive review will reach further than Karen's complaint.Anna, thanks again for the time you took to pamper me today! I'll see you again in a couple weeks ?“

“Absolutely love my color and haircut that I've gotten in the past two months.Did it in two phases. It is a first-time my hair has been professionally colored and cut in probably 20 years, well worth it!! Go to Robert he is a master at what he does cutting hair and coloring. I am not good with change and I absolutely love how I feel with my hair now. He was so kind and patient . It always looks good. I wish I could post a picture it is so pretty!!“
