I get my nails done here all the time, they always do a fantastic job. I have never had a bad experience here.

Stylist: Kim is my favorite nail tech. She is professional and kind, has a sweet personality and always does what I ask for, even if I go in and say Oh I don’t know, how about you pick for me? ?

This place rushed a full set on me and my mom. She has lost 4 nails with in a week. They are so thick and not even. Its only been a week and it looks like its been 3 weeks with as much growth i have already. They didnt even put the nails close to the cuticle. My hair even gets snagged on my nails because my real nail is showing threw on the edges. We were both not happy at all. Worse experience ever.

My mother had a manicure done yesterday and they cut her cuticles up so bad she is having a hard time typing at work today. I got an acrylic set and they are so lumpy and uneven and THICK as hell, and i told him to make them short cause i work manual labor jobs. And they are so long i had to cut them myself. We are not very happy with our results. Causing both of us a lot of issues.
